Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) excluding public holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods.

Shipping & delivery

• We offer Free Shipping Worldwide (as shown on the site).

• Shipping options (standard, expedited) and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination: typically 5–21 business days for international deliveries, 3–7 business days for domestic (where applicable). These are estimates and not guarantees.

Customs, duties & taxes
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Customs processing can cause delays.

Tracking
Most shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking is not available, we will still provide proof of shipment.

Lost or delayed orders
If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, contact us immediately. For lost packages we will investigate with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, offer a replacement or refund.

Address changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot always change an order after it’s been placed. Contact us right away if you need to update an address.
