Refund & Returns Policy — BondWell Vitamins

Summary
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us and we’ll help you. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, returns and refunds are handled carefully for safety and quality reasons.

Eligibility

  • Unopened, unused items: Returns accepted within 30 calendar days from delivery date for a full refund (product must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition).

  • Opened or partially used items: Generally not eligible for return for safety reasons, except when defective or damaged in transit.

  • Final sale / clearance / sample items: Not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Bundles & subscription boxes: Returns accepted for unopened items within 30 days; subscription refunds follow subscription terms below.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping when applicable.

How to request a return

  1. Contact support at [support@bondwellexample.com] with your order number, a description, and photos if relevant.

  2. We’ll send return instructions (do NOT ship without authorization).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you and process the refund.

Refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving and approving the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must be returned under the normal return policy (if eligible).

Subscriptions
For subscription orders (if offered): you can manage or cancel your subscription via your account or by contacting support. Refunds for subscription shipments follow the same rules above.
